BC Finals - Capilano RFC info page

Two Capilano RFC teams have made BC Finals!! Both matches are this Saturday at Bayside in South Surrey. There will be jersey presentations to rostered players on both teams Thursday night in the clubhouse. Buses will be available for both teams as well as a supporters bus. The clubhouse will also be open Saturday night. We hope to see large turnouts to support the players on both Thursday and Saturday. More details can be found below. Caps4Life

Jersey Presentation - The club will be hosting jersey presentations for both teams on Thursday night. This will take place inside the clubhouse after training around 8:30pm. Open invite for all to attend, players should invite family and friends to be a part of this special club tradition. Capilano RFC Alumni will be presenting jerseys to the current players.

Event Tickets - BC Finals is a ticketed event run by BC Rugby. CLICK HERE to view ticket details and to purchase tickets. Rostered players and staff do not need to purchase tickets. Those 18 and younger are free to enter. This is a licensed event and no outside alcohol is permitted within the event. A site wide liquor licenses has been confirmed for beverages to be purchased.

Field Entrance - Entry for those with tickets is on the south end of the field, close to the school. Only players/staff can enter the enclosure close to the clubhouse at the north west corner.

Livestream - We hope all Capilano RFC supporters can attend in person to cheer on the two Capilano RFC team. There will be a livestream, with multi-camera angles and commentators, for both games. Stream link to be provided on Friday with the roster posts.

Players Bus - Both the First Division Women and Men will be travelling to Bayside on players buses. Space will be reserved for rostered players, coaches, trainers, and managers. More details, including departure time from Klahanie, will be provided to the teams this week.

Supporters Bus - The club has a supporters bus ready for Saturday. This will be $25/person. Please message Chris Robinson (crobinson25@hotmail.com or 604-836-1408) to secure a seat. Only 46 seats available and will be assigned in order of requested. Departure to be around 10:30am from Klahanie Park and leaving Bayside around 5:30pm. Plenty of time for both Capilano RFC games at 12:15pm and 3:15pm.

Saturday Night - The Capilano RFC Clubhouse/Bar will be open Saturday night. Opening time to be confirmed this week, approx. 7pm. Open invite to all to join the celebration of a great season!
