Capilano Pink Day - Saturday October 1st, 2022

This Saturday is a great opportunity for all Capilano RFC members to visit Klahanie Park!! It is Pink Day which is the clubs annual cancer fundraiser. All five Capilano RFC teams will be on the field. Mama's Grilled Cheese Food Truck will be on site. Plus the weather forecast looks great!

11:30am Burnaby at Capilano Women (Mainland 1st Division)

11:30am Burnaby at Capilano Men (BC 2nd Division)

1:00pm Burnaby at Capilano Men (Mainland Premier Reserve)

2:30pm Burnaby at Capilano Men (Mainland Premier)

Pink Day - How can you support

- Wear Pink to Klahanie Park on Saturday

- $10 gate at the event (50% towards the fundraising)

- Bake Sale by donation

- Jersey draw

- Pink Party at 9pm ($5 entry, 100% towards the fundraising)

Pink Day - $50 Capilano Pink Shirts

The club has 50 Capilano RFC pink shirts with all proceeds going towards the fundraising efforts. Currently we have sold 47 shirts and there are only 3 (1 x S and 2 x XXL) available. To reserve a shirt, please email or text Melissa Robinson at 778-689-1814 or robinson_m14@hotmail.com. All those who have purchased a shirt will be on the list for free entry at the gate.

The Rugby Shop will be on site during the day with a wide range of attire for purchase. Mama's Grilled Cheese Food Truck will also be on site in the afternoon to feed all spectators. In the evening the club will be hosting a Pink Party. This is a 19+ event and will start at 9pm. The club will send out any final details Friday afternoon.
