Hi All
Registration for the fall season is now open! Here is the link.
https://rugbycanada.sportlomo....
Remember that Sportlomo is a difficult system. You must select Capilano YOUTH. Then scroll down to get to the options...way down.
Register your player by age. They will be put onto the correct team.
The options listed in registration are for insurance categories.
To clarify:
Minis 2015 and later (u6, u8, u10) use the "Minis Non contact" option
Minis 2013 and 2014 (u12) use the "intro to contact" option.
U14 Players (2011 and 2012) use the "u13 - u15 player" option.
U16 - u19 players (2007-2010) use the u16-u19 player option.
First day of minis will be Sunday September 15th at 10:00am
First day of youth practice will be Wednesday September 4th at 6:00pm for U14 and U16. 6:30pm for u18.
U12s running on Friday evening at 600 will resume on Friday September 20th.
I am attaching a new parent letter for you to share with friends that outlines the flow of the year. It may also answer questions you have. CLICK HERE TO VIEW
When you have registered, you will get a receipt from Sportlomo. Soon, I will add you to Team Snap. The email you register with is the email you will be added to team snap with. Please make sure you use the correct one, or change your email in team snap. This will save me hours of time '"fixing" things.
Any parents who are wondering if they should try rugby too, all are welcome! Registration for that is open too.
The women's 2nd div team is starting practice part way through August and will happily take players who have never played. They let me start 2 years ago and were very welcoming - I did not even play in high school. Come for a run and see if you like it.
For men and women who don't want to get quite so bashed up, the Snow caps are always welcoming new players and they are so much fun!
All are welcome to come and run touch any Thursday at the club. The bar is open too. No need to register. Just show up.
600 - Sr. Women's Touch - new members and friends welcome.
615 - Snowcaps - All are welcome to join. It's Coed and you can bring your children.
700 - Sr. Men's team - competitive touch. Also open to women who want to play a more competitive game.

Summer Camps
Thank you to all who joined the Haka camp in Langley last week. It was a great success. Good news too. We may get to host on next summer for 3 days. Will keep you posted on that.
If you are still interested in more rugby this summer there are camps at UBC for both boys and girls (I regsitered Sofia through the UBC website)
There are also a series of "Rugby Ready" camps around the city - mostly in Surrey.
Thank you again for all you did for PRC's. What a whirlwind. Congratulations to our U14 boys who won silver. Here is the BC Rugby photo gallery link:

Thanks everyone. This is going to be great!
You will be receiveing this from all the lists you are on. Apologies if you got it 5 times for 2 players.
Cheers
