One of the greatest traditions of rugby clubs is the ability to support the careers and aspirations of it's members. The Capilano Rugby Club has had a long history of helping it's young members as they transition into serious careers and helping ensure that members have always had employment and employment options. We need greater support now, more than ever for our members in this area. We have current members looking for careers in the fields of:

- Electrical apprenticeships
- Plumbing and Mechanical apprenticeships
- HVAC apprenticeships
- Carpentry apprenticeships
- Shipbuilding apprenticeships
- Sales and Marketing opportunities
- Business development
- ANY AND ALL FIELDS OF POTENTIAL EMPLOYMENT
