Night of the Bear 2024

Night of the Bear, the Capilano RFC Awards Night, will be held on Saturday May 11. Tickets are now on sale for $45 and can be purchased from the Capilano RFC bar. E-transfer payment can also be setup via email at capilanorugbybar@gmail.com. Please ensure to purchase your tickets ASAP as there are limited tickets and the event will sell out. Thursday April 11, Saturday April 13, and Saturday April 20 are all great chances to purchase tickets in the clubhouse.

The structure and layout for NOTB will be different this year to years past. We are excited to add some different things into Night of the Bear and increase the spotlight on our deserving award recipients.

2024 NOTB Schedule:
4:30pm - Happy Hour
5:30pm - First Half of the Event Program
7:00pm - Dinner from Tacofino
8:00pm Second Half of the Event Program
10:00pm Party with DJ
