Over the next few weeks, the club will be sending out various ways our members (and the community) can support the Capilano Rugby Club and our programs.

The biggest way you can help, is to volunteer time around the club for coaching, managing, work projects, etc. For those who cannot be around the club as much, there are other ways you can help. Some involve contributing financially, some involve contributing your time, some involve contributing resources you might have available.

We ask all Capilano members to think about ways they can support our club! Share all the details of Capilano RFC support options with anyone in the community (friends, family, neighbours, etc.). Support Capilano RFC - Recycling program

The first Capilano RFC support program is our recycling program. Anyone with cans/bottles/drink containers that are taking up space can donate them to the Capilano Rugby Club. The process is very easy:

Step 1: Empty and rinse the container

Step 2: Put all containers into a clear or transparent bag, it must be smaller than 90L please. Each bag must only hold a maximum 12 glass bottles to prevent any broken glass.

Step 3: Head to the nearest Return-it Express Drop off https://www.return-it.ca/locat...

Step 4: Print label using the log in phone number 604-982-2277

Step 5: If you need a text code to open the drop-off door, please use EQ3T

PLEASE follow the guidelines above so our club account can remain active! You can also drop off the bags at the Capilano Rugby Club and we will have them returned for you under the Capilano account.
